Previously, Anna founded a cloud-based software company LeaveLogic. After the birth of her two children—one born in Europe, the second born in the United States—the glaring difference in family leave policies prompted her to launch LeaveLogic. Anna led the company from initiation, funding, to successful acquisition.

With a background that includes Harvard Law and building financial tools, Javeste’s blend of policy, design, and lived-experience thinking is exactly the kind of structural perspective FamTech’s PSC needs.

She comes to FamTech with strong experience building employer-state partnerships, navigating federal policy (including work on CHIPS, and employer strategies around childcare), and facilitating working groups in government. Her hands-on advocacy, policy know-how, and personal insight make her a valuable voice for informed, compassionate policy in the FamTech network.

Amanda is the Co-Founder & CEO of Eleplan. She speaks from both lived experience and professional purpose: as a sibling caregiver and former special education law attorney, now building tech to support families navigating disability, chronic illness, and aging. Her work with Eleplan centers family caregivers, aiming to improve policy, tech infrastructure, and resource coordination.

Emily’s work is about bridging gaps in care delivery, reimbursement, and equity.

Dulany Reeves Dent

Dulany is President & CEO of The Nanny Network, and she combines leadership in the child care field with hands-on product and tech innovation. Having built technologies to meet her company’s complex needs, she deeply understands the real constraints childcare operators face. Her experience scaling both people and systems positions her to help FamTech define policies that are grounded and practical.

Dana is Founder & CEO of Upfront, a software company specializing in early childhood education supply & demand data. She has front-row insight into how data, policy priorities, and funding gaps play out across states and regions. Her leadership gives FamTech the capacity to align policy with evidence and accountability.
